My First Official Blog Posting

On the request of so many of my good friends, I am stepping out timidly into the technology of the 21st century.

Don't misunderstand, I'm fond of my computer - most of the time anyway. I would call myself an intermediate to advanced computer user. I'm just computer literate enough to make myself dangerous. Fortunately I have good friends who really do know what the heck they are doing, so here I am . Throwing my fears aside I begin my journey into blogging.

My blog will primarily act as a travelog through my journey into setting up our winery, Michigan Meadery. Our web site is currently under construction at www.michiganmeadery.com and I hope you check in often as updates will be comming along as we progress.
